Queen’s Memorial Public Holiday Trading Hours and Payment arrangement

Dear Valued Client,     

Please note the following change in the cash payment process due to the Queen’s Memorial public holiday on Thursday 22nd September 2022.   

All account deposits and withdrawals requested through Union Pay, PayPal or to credit cards will be processed as per usual.  However, bank withdrawals submitted after the cut-off time of 11:00 am AEST Wednesday 21st September will be processed on Friday 23rd September.  

As a result of the Queen’s Memorial public holiday, there might be changes to trading hours for several products, and we recommend that you regularly check the product overview for more information.
