Christmas and New Year Public Holiday Trading Hours and Payment Arrangement

Dear Valued Client,   

Please note the following changes in the cash payment process due to the Australian Public holidays on Monday 26^th December 2022, Tuesday 27^th December 2022 and Monday 2^nd January 2023. 

All account deposits will be processed as per usual.  However, withdrawals submitted after the cut-off time of 11:00 am AEDT Friday 23^rd December and 30^th December 2022 will be processed on the following business day (i.e. 28^th December 2022 and 3^rd January 2023)

As a result of the public holidays, there might be changes to trading hours for several products, and we recommend that you regularly check the product overview for more information.
